Kenny holds a double masters in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) and Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®). As a Financial Advisory Manager and an Investment Coach, he helps and trains investors to build diversified investment portfolios to achieve their retirement goals in Singapore. Kenny is especially passionate about REITs because of their simple business models and their ability to generate regular passive income for investors.

Over the years, he has conducted many seminars and benefited thousands of investors by collaborating with SGX, SIAS, CIMB, RHB, CMC Market, City Index, Shareinvestor, MayBank Kim Eng, Wealth Academy Investor Inner Circle (WAIIC) and Online Traders Club Singapore (OTCS). He has since taught hundreds of attendees, from students, fund managers and businessmen to retirees, teachers, and even fashion designers. Some even flew in from Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia to benefit from his know-how.

Prior to his career switch to the Financial Services Advisory Industry, Kenny worked for a Taiwanese company in China as an Executive Vice President responsible for the whole China operation, and in senior management positions relating to Global Supply Chain & Procurement in listed multinational companies. Kenny is also a qualified procurement professional with C.P.M & CPSM certification from the world renowned Institute of Supply Management (ISM), a very influential US-based non-profit organization ISM publishes the Report on Business, a report which could impact the financial market and demands the attention of every fund manager.

With Kenny’s past experience in engineering, manufacturing and procurement, he has developed a unique insight on how to conduct risk assessment and read into the effectiveness of management strategy beyond the numbers shown on the financial statements and annual reports. With his past working experience, Kenny has brought a unique Systematic Problem Solving approach to the Financial Planning, Investment Planning & Retirement Planning. He adopts the HEARD Process to identify his clients objectives and needs, understand the current situation, conduct gap analysis, suggest various solutions to close the gap and devise implementation plans with follow up action plans.

As a private investor himself, Kenny created a Uniquely Formulated Strategy to ride on the long term uptrend market and to benefit from any potential medium investment opportunities to optimise returns. He is certainly a strong advocate of Portfolio Diversification & Rebalancing through Assets Allocation to manage the investment risk and market volatility. He utilises Top Down Approach by understanding Global Economy, Monetary Policy, Fund Flow, Commodity & Forex movement; Ride on Up Trend using Technical Analysis and Bottom Up approach using the Fundamental Analysis to analyse the financial ratio & business model of the companies.
