Financial Perspectives Pte Ltd is acquired by its lead trainer, Ronald Wong
Singapore (18th November 2014) – Financial Perspectives Pte Ltd (FP), one of FPAS’ Approved Education Provider for the CFP® Certification Programme, today announced that its shares have been bought over by Mr. Ronald Wong.
The acquisition was completed on 22nd September 2014 and FP simultaneously entered into a new contract with the Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS) to continue offering CFP® Certification Programme Courses.
Mr. Wong stated “I am delighted to have the opportunity to acquire FP and would like to acknowledge the goodwill and support of FPAS without which this transaction would not be possible.”
FP would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all our associates, corporate clients and students who have all supported us since the company was established in 1999. We appreciate your trust in FP in the last 15 years and hope you will continue supporting us to assist in achieving your personal/company training goals and attaining the AFPCM, AWPCM & CPF® certifications respectively.
Mr. Wong will serve as the Managing Director of FP. Ms. Sharon Teo will continue to be the Course Manager and Ms. Zoe Yuan will continue in her role as Marketing Manager. The existing team of lecturers will be retained, some of who have vast experience teaching the CFP® Certification Programme.
Mr. Wong further stated “we intend to bring a renewed passion to the business. I believe this acquisition will be beneficial to our stakeholders. As a lecturer with FP for over the past five years, I have developed a strong passion for the advancement of financial literacy and professional education and development and we intend to further improve the overall quality of the training provided. With the continued support of FPAS, our corporate partners, alumni and students, we will continue the good work and we hope to lead FP to even greater glory.”
