Exit Planning with Insurance – SME Masterclass Series
Through a combination of case studies, discussions, collaborative learning and mini lectures, this Masterclass facilitates the understanding of exit planning with insurance products as the funding vehicle for small business owners.
Upon completion of this Masterclass, participants will understand how to structure and recommend suitable exit solutions for different types of business structures, ranging from sole proprietors to private company shareholders to ensure business continuity when a business owner or its partner(s) exit due to an insurable event. This Masterclass constitutes one of the core modules to attaining the CREDIBILITYTM Business Continuity Specialist Designation.
Participants will gain understanding and competency to structure different exit propositions depending on the client’s business structure and unique situation and use appropriate insurance products as funding vehicles for exit. They will be proficient to engage SME owners on business continuity planning relating to various exit scenarios.

- Understand and apply the various exit planning frameworks for different business structures.
Upon completion of this program, participants will be awarded the Certificate of Completion and 4 non-core CPD Training Hours.
