Specialist Certificate in Financial Planning: Products Propositions and Structures for Wealthy Individuals (SCFP-PPHNWI)

Program Overview:

The Products Propositions and Structures for Wealthy Individuals (SCFP-PPHNWI) program is
designed for financial planners and bancassurance specialists who advise high-net-worth
individuals (HNWIs) and SME business owners in Singapore. This course provides an indepth understanding of wealth management strategies, product structuring, and tailored
financial solutions that align with the unique needs of wealthy clients.
Participants will gain advanced knowledge on investment products solutions and strategies,
estate planning, and tax-efficient wealth structuring to better serve the HNWI and SME
business owners’ market. The course combines theoretical foundations with practical
applications, case studies, and hands-on exercises to ensure a holistic learning experience.

    succession planning, and investment products solutions strategies.

14 hours (including a 1-hour Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Assessment). Upon completion of this program, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and 14 Supplementary (Non-Core) CPD Hours.

This course is for licensed representatives working as Financial Planners, Insurance Agents and Bancassurance Specialists involved in financial advisory work.

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the financial needs, behaviors, and expectations of HNWIs and SME
    business owners
  • Design and present compelling product propositions tailored for wealthy clients
  • Evaluate and facilitate the setting up of product structures, including trusts and
    alternative investments
  • Recommend and structure sophisticated insurance and estate planning solutions
  • Apply regulatory and tax considerations when structuring wealth solutions in
    Singapore

$2,000 (Before Funding)

This course has been accredited under the Skills Framework for Financial Services and is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the course and its relevance to his/her business activities or job roles.

The IBF-STS is available to eligible entities and individuals based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps.  IBF-STS provides up to 70% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to a cap of S3,000 per candidate per course subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
